The New Circle has successfully launched Cafe Philo Israel, a monthly gathering for intellectuals, decision makers, executives and professionals who want to explore political, social, and cultural developments in Israel. "I find these discussions both insightful and thought-provoking," said Joshua Plaut, Executive Director of American Friends of Rabin Medical Center and co-moderator. "As surprising as it seems, we are the only discussion group in New York City that specifically targets Israeli issues," he added.
